For a tool bug, show what happened
- The page URL and the selected test duration or mode.
- Your device, operating system and browser version.
- Whether you used a keyboard, touchscreen, mouse or external device.
- The steps that led to the issue and the result you expected.
- A screenshot of the result or error, if it helps explain the problem.
For common input problems, start with the keyboard response checklist or the phone and tablet instructions. If you report a content error, quote the sentence and explain what seems incorrect.
Requests about scores or accounts
For a leaderboard report, include the test type, duration, player name and the reason you think the entry needs review. For an account or data request, use the player account controls when available or explain the request in the form. The privacy policy describes how account information and submitted scores are handled.
Copyright and advertising enquiries
For a copyright concern, identify the material and provide the relevant source or proof of ownership. For an advertising question, tell us which page and placement you mean. Please do not send unrelated personal documents.
What happens next
Messages go to the site owner for review. We use the details you provide to understand and respond to the request; sending a message does not subscribe you to the newsletter. We cannot promise a reply time, but a report with clear reproduction steps is easier to investigate than a general description.
